This SOLIDA HOSPITALAR Code of Conduct brings together the guidelines and principles to guide the actions and relationships with the interested parties with whom it interacts, such as: co-workers, customers, suppliers, healthcare professionals, government, distributors, business partners, society and communities served and partners, with regard to ethical and moral aspects.

The Complaint Channel is a tool available to receive complaints or cases of suspected violation of the laws, and this Code and/or SOLIDA HOSPITALAR Guidelines. It is important that anyone, whether internal or external to SOLIDA HOSPITALAR, who knows or suspects a violation of this Code and/or SOLIDA HOSPITALAR’s procedures feels comfortable reporting their concerns directly to the Reporting Channel.
Employees are also required to report violations of this code if they are aware of them. The Reporting Channel guarantees complete confidentiality and anonymity to the complainant.
All reports will be investigated. Any possibility of persecution or retaliation, due to a report, is considered a serious violation of this code and the principles of SOLIDA HOSPITALAR’s code of conduct. Complaints can be made through the following communication channels:
